From starting as a Trainee to progressing through sales and eventually leading one of the Southwest’s prominent builders’ merchants as Managing Director with a team of approximately 400 employees, my journey has been a testament to the possibilities this industry offers.

I’ve walked the same path as many of you, having worked in various roles, including counter sales, and have had the privilege to collaborate with countless individuals in similar positions. My goal in this course is not to dictate what you should do but to share my views, experiences, and knowledge with you.
